How will application support change over time?

  1. Go to the business question What is our application roadmap? and click the  GlobalFilter global filter button.
  2. Enter the current date in the Active Date field to understand the applications that are currently active. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
  3. Return to the Active Date field and change the date to a date in the future to understand the planned support of the business on the data you define.
  4. Look for applications that will have reached their end-of-life and have no successor application defined. Consider whether a successor application should be defined or whether the application can be sundowned.
