Where is technical obsolescence a risk for a business process?

Understand which applications have components with impending end dates and take action to mitigate risk.

1. Go to the business question Which business areas require the most IT support? and click the   local filter button.
2. Select Technical Obsolescence in the Color Rule field to color business processes based on their risk due to applications with at least one component that has reached or will soon reach its end date.
3. Select Application EoL in the Application Indicator field.
4. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
5. Click the  three vertical dots button > Show Legend to understand the color coding.
6. Point to the indicator on the application to show a tooltip with information about the remaining support time. Look for applications that are no longer supported by their components (colored red), but that have a green traffic light indicator. These applications require immediate attention to mitigate risk to the business process.
