Update Alfabet asset data with ServiceNow data

Go to Administration > Job Schedules.

Expand the ADIF Import Job Schedule node in the table.

Select the checkbox of the Import Alfabet <Asset Name> Class from ServiceNow ADIF job in the list and select New > Execute Job Schedule. To check the status of the job, you can expand the row of the executed ADIF job to the last level. Refresh the page to update the execution status. The job is finished when the Event Status is Finished.

Do this for each asset type you want to link to data from ServiceNow.

You can check the mapping of data under Integrations > ServiceNow. The Alfabet Name columns in the embedded views will show the name of the Alfabet asset that is mapped to the ServiceNow CI class data. You can click the asset name to navigate to the object. For applications, a link to service now will be displayed in the content area of applications mapped to service now.
