Attribute mapping

The integration that is part of the standard, preconfigured Alfabet solution imports all standard ServiceNow CI Class attributes to the staging repository and maps them to corresponding object class properties in Alfabet. You cannot include custom CI attributes.

Custom CI attributes are defined during execution of data import on ServiceNow side to allow mapping of data.

Users triggering data import from the Alfabet user interface can select which attributes shall be imported. The following CI Class attributes are relevant for imported to Alfabet:

A number of attributes are mapped to the basic standard object class properties of the Alfabet object classes instead of being stored as ServiceNow specific data. These object class properties are mandatory for Alfabet object classes and must be set for all objects.
