Generate the XLSX file

An XLSX file can be generated for each object class and reference that is relevant for a business question or set of business questions in the Excel Roundtrip view. . XLSX files can also be generated in the Data Capture Templates view.

Once you have captured your data in the XLSX file, you can upload it and then check the completeness and quality of your data in the context of a business question. Here you can see immediately the quality of your data and correct any data quality issues.

The same XLSX file that is exported from Alfabet FastLane must be used to capture and import the data to Alfabet FastLane.

The XLSX file is generated asynchronously and can be downloaded from the Notifications panel. Save the XLSX file to your local drive or network to process.

The generated XLSX file only includes a row for each existing asset in the database and columns for the attributes, referenced objects, indicators, and roles.
