The report now correctly displays available data, and business capabilities without defined values are shown in light grey to indicate an Unknown value for business relevance.
Report filters were not cleared via the Clear All button in the business question What is our investment landscape?
A custom prioritization scheme could not be selected in the filter for the Project Ranking view in the content area of a project bucket. This has been fixed and all prioritization schemes specified by a portfolio administrator in the Generic Project Prioritization view will be available in the filter.
The Spend Limit button was missing in the Budget Allocation view. This button allows users to specify the accumulated costs of all projects assigned to the bucket, based on the costs defined in each project's business case
The Budget Control report in the project content area showed incorrect data. The report has been corrected and reflects accurate budget data.
A Create Subordinate Scenario button was mistakenly displayed in the New menu of the project group data workbench. This has been removed.
The obsolete buttons to import and export Microsoft™ projects in the Projects view in the content area for a project bucket have been removed.
The Mark as Review functionality has been removed from the three-dot menu of all content areas because inactivity monitors are not supported.
The Demand option in the orange New button in the masthead was mistakenly visible to users logging in with the user profiles Application Manager, Technology Manager, and Portfolio Manager. It has been removed from these user profiles. The Demand option remains available only to users with the Team Member user profile. Demands are only available for the license package Strategic Portfolio Management. The use case Demand Management must be activated.
The Business Object Usage Diagram did not correctly reflect the activation of the Basic Data Management use case. To address this, a new Data Usage Diagram has been introduced, offering an updated and modern visualization of data flows. This new view provides a clearer overview of how data flows through the system and where it is processed. In addition, enhanced filtering options allow users to visualize a wide range of information on nodes and data flows.
The Business Object Usage view in the content areas for applications and components was shown even though the Advanced Data Management use case was activated. This has been addressed and the Business Data Usage view is displayed if the Advanced Data Management use case is activated.
The font displayed on data workbench cards and indicator cards was inconsistent. These have been aligned.
The erroneous filter on the Agile Structure view available for agile release trains has been removed.
The notification Asset Manager Update has been set to inactive per default in the Administration > Notifications view. An administrative user can set the Is Active attribute to True if scheduled emails about object changes shall be automatically sent to relevant users via scheduled jobs. This fix is a resolution for ticket ASD-11041.
