The business question Where are our project dependencies? is available in the Transformation section of the navigation panel. The business question provides full transparency about project dependencies when prioritizing projects for funding and/or execution. Dependencies can be analyzed across multiple programs to foster communication before project approval.
This Kanban-like matrix report shows the programs on the Y-axis, the project status on the X-axis and the projects assigned to the programs in the cells of the matrix based on their current status. The projects are colored based on their average RAG Status (Red, Amber, Green) which is derived from the project monitoring indicators for time, budget and resource. Project dependencies are visualized by connecting lines between the projects.
The business question can be accessed by users with the base package IT Transformation Server - Enterprise.
