Improvements

Performance for the business question What is our application landscape? has improved. To support performance, the heat index and the Edit buttons embedded in the matrix cells have been removed. Edit capabilities are available via the new button Edit > Edit Applications of Business Capability.

The Data Source page of the business question What is our technical debt? has additional columns as well as a Structure button that allows columns to be added or removed from the data table. The following columns are available:

• The Application Manager column provides information about who to talk to in case of end-of-life issues.
• The Business Owner column displays the organization owning the applications.
• The Component EoL Status column displays indicates whether the column is outside of the standard period of support.

Reports showing the affected architecture of projects, demands, and strategic themes have been added to the respective data workbenches. The reports can be opened via the analysis section in the Visualize menu of a data workbench and show a Kanban-like matrix with lanes showing the affected architecture according to class.

Diagram types have been added for the following ArchiMate Viewpoint diagrams for Alfabet Enterprise and Alfabet FastLane:

• Capability Map Viewpoint visualizes business capabilities
• Resource Map Viewpoint visualizes business capabilities and projects
• Project Viewpoint visualizes projects, work packages, organizations, and persons
• Requirements Realization Viewpoint visualizes demands, business processes, business capabilities, applications, deployments, and servers (Alfabet Enterprise only)
• Migration Viewpoint visualizes projects and project scenarios (Alfabet Enterprise only)

The Clear Database functionality available in the Portfolio Admin user profile is enhanced to clear the sample data in the database provided with the IT Transformation Server - Enterprise base package.
