What is the flow of my features?
Go to the business question How do we manage our program flow? > Program Kanban.
Use the Program Kanban view to understand what has been implemented and to visualize, develop, and manage the flow of features from ideation through analysis, implementation, and completion. Move features to the next phase when capacity is available, ensuring a smooth and continuous flow of work. The Program Kanban shows a Kanban-like matrix displaying features colored by their feature type and positioned in lanes according to their status. Symbols on each feature indicates its cost forecast, order of WSJF, and the persons responsible for the epic. Click the
3-dots button > Show Legend to understand to understand the symbols indicating cost forecast, order of WSJF, and the persons responsible for the feature.
The lanes represent the following statuses:
- Funnel: New feature under initial consideration.
- Reviewing: Feature being evaluated to determine if it is aligned with business goals.
- Analyzing: Deeper assessment of feature for feasibility and impact.
- Backlog: Feature is waiting to be prioritized and allocated resources.
- MVP: A minimal version with one or more features is created to test assumptions and gather feedback.
- Persevere: Based on feedback, the feature continues, pivots, or stops.
- Done: Feature is complete, tested, and ready for release.
You can do the following:
- Change the status of a feature. Drag the feature and move it to a different status lane as needed.
