What is AI's impact on revenue contribution?

Highlight the revenue contribution of the business capabilities to understand the impact of the AI portfolio on the overall revenue generation in the enterprise.

  1. Go to the business question Where is AI impacting business? The Business Capabilities Supported by AI report visualizes a nested matrix showing the top three levels of business capabilities in the hierarchy.
  2. Click the Filter local filter button and specify Revenue Contribution in the Capability KPI field and click Update. The KPIs are shown on the business capabilities. Click the  ThreeDots_Black three vertical dots button > Show Legend to understand the color coding.
  3. Double-click the AI use case AIUseCase symbol on a business capability to open the use case's content area. Review the AI use case's attributes , the AI features assigned to the AI use case , and review the approval details of the AI use case.
