Administrate events

Some functionalities rely on processes that are run in the background. You can check whether these processes were successfully executed and change the time schedule.

• Predefined automated processes to maintain Alfabet are run daily between midnight and 3 a.m. server time:
  • The colors of objects in diagrams are computed.
  • Processes that send emails to users about object changes or data quality rule violations are triggered.
• Initial import of data via data capture templates includes asynchronous processes to export data capture templates and import data.
• You can create your own computed indicators and create job schedules to compute them. Click here for information about how to define indicators.
• Job schedules for integration solutions are available, but inactive. They need to be scheduled for execution as part of the set-up of the respective integration interface.
