The following enhancements to the Alfabet platform are available with this release.
Improved display of new content items in content areas
Content items added by a user to a content area will no longer be added to the top of the content area in a reduced size, but rather to the bottom of the content area. If a size has been defined for the content item in the content area definition in Alfabet Expand, the specified size is used. This is a resolution for ticket ASD-6197.
Command line tool for external source synchronization re-established
The command line tool ExternalSourceSynchronization.exe is available with the same functionality as in Alfabet 10.15.x releases. This is a resolution for ticket ASD-6429.
Personal Info menu can be hidden
The Personal Info menu which allows the user to change the password and email address can be hidden. The behavior corresponds to the implementation in Alfabet 10.15.x. The complete menu will be hidden if the user is an anonymous user or if the XML attribute ShowPersonalInfoMenu is set to False in the XML object PlatformConfiguration. In addition, the field for changing the password is hidden for all users logged in via SSO and for users defined as visitors.
