External access management per user profile
A new Enable External Access attribute has been introduced to user profiles, allowing administrators to better control whether anonymous users can access the system through external links.
- When disabled in the default profile for anonymous users, anonymous users are prevented from accessing the system via external links targeting the user profile, and a clear notification is shown to inform them that this type of access is not permitted.
- When enabled, anonymous users may use external access links opening with the user profile as before.
This change enhances security and provides more granular control over external access scenarios including access for anonymous users.
