Change content areas to your advantage

A content area is customizable and you can decide which information you want to see and how you want it to be arranged. You can add or remove content and decide on the layout of the content area so that it is optimal for your screen size and reflects the information relevant to your needs. Entire tabbed pages in a content area can be created or hidden from view and the layout of the content displayed in a page can be customized by changing the size of content items, moving them around, or removing them from the page. Any content that you save to your content repository can be shared with other individual users or all users in user groups. Your layout is saved for future sessions.

Solution designers may change a content area that you already adapted in content or layout. The canges will be merged in your layout. If content is removed by a solution designer, it will be removed from your adapted content area. If content is added by a solution designer, you will see the new content as last elements of your content area. New content is marked with a dot in the upper right corner:
