Portfolio Administrator Guide
The Portfolio Admin user profile is for superusers who are responsible to complete administrative tasks. This administrative user profile provides access to all functionalities, views, and data in Alfabet FastLane. A user with the Portfolio Admin user profile has read/write permissions to all data in the database as well as the right to edit or delete objects regardless of an object's release status or user group definition.
When you first open Alfabet FastLane with the Portfolio Admin user profile, you will see the Home view. Click the User Statistics tab to understand the use of Alfabet FastLane by users, the number of business licenses and analysis licenses that are being used by your company, and the number of licenses that are still available. Click the Administration tab to see various reports summarizing information about data import and events that have been triggered. Click the caption of any view to drill down.
