Descriptions for views and reports

Descriptions specified for configured reports and standard views may be displayed in the user interface below the view header as a means to help users. Solution designers with access to Alfabet Expand can include the description of configured reports and standard views by setting the new XML attribute ShowViewDescriptionInHeader to true in the XML object PlatformConfiguration.

Visibility conditions in content areas

Solution designers with access to Alfabet Expand can specify the visibility conditions for certain pages in a content area and manage who has assess to the Show/Hide Page and Add Content to Page functionalities in a content area.

• Visibility conditions can be configured for content pages. Only content items that meet the visibility criteria are displayed in the Show/Hide Page panel.
• Visibility conditions for content areas can be added to class settings. This ensures that easy management of who has assess to the Show/Hide Page and Add Content to Page functionalities in a content area.
