Fixes

• ADIF import has been corrected to upload data from ZIP, CSV, and Microsoft Excel® files without issues.
• The AlfaAdministratorConsole.exe command for restarting wakeup events introduced with Alfabet 11.7.2.1 has been further improved to handle high amounts of scheduled events.
• To avoid issues caused by high numbers of events curently in executing state, events in executing state which cannot be executed, for example because of access permission issues, will be moved automatically from executing to error state.
