Overview tab

The Overview tab contains the settings for the connections between different Alfabet components. The settings are required for the basic functionality of the Alfabet Web Application, for implementation of the Alfabet RESTful services and for implementation of help and full text search.

• Name: The name of the server alias. This name is used for identification of the server alias in technical processes and must be unique. This field is mandatory.
• Caption: The caption of the server alias. The caption is displayed in login fields and information to the end user.
• Web Server: The URL of the Alfabet Web Application. This field is mandatory.
• REST API Server: The URL of the Alfabet RESTful services web server. This field is required for implementation of the Alfabet RESTful services.
• Help Server: The URL of the online help.
• Suggestions and Ideas URL: You can enter a URL to a portal for users to suggest changes. The link will then be available via the Help   on the user interface. The official Alfabet BD GmbH portal URL is https://alfabet-roadmap.ideas.aha.io/
• Report an Issue URL: You can enter a URL to a ticketing system to report issues. The link will then be available via the Help   on the user interface. The official Alfabet BD GmbH issue tracking system URL is https://bizzdesign.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/110/user/login?destination=portal%2F110.
• Search Index Directory: The directory for storage of index files for the full text search.
